Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of concept of family dynamics. Family members establish the foundation from where learning, growth and development of individuals takes place. The individuals are required to be well-versed in terms of different techniques, which would be facilitating in reinforcing cordiality and amiability in terms and relationships. The family members are different from each other in terms of age groups and genders. Hence, they are required to form positive viewpoints in terms of various factors. One of the important aspects that needs to be taken into account is, individuals are required to depict the traits of politeness, kind-heartedness, helpfulness, co-operation and generosity. The family members are the first and foremost individuals, who are approached, in cases of being overwhelmed by different types of problems and challenging situations. The family members render an important contribution in preparing individuals in terms of ways that would be facilitating in coping with these in an effective manner. Hence, it is well-understood, these would be facilitating in promoting enrichment of family dynamics. Therefore, acquiring an efficient understanding of the concept of family dynamics will be facilitating in reinforcing traits of morality and ethics. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of family dynamics, measures to be implemented in reinforcing family dynamics and advantages of reinforcing family dynamics.

Abstract: The individuals, belonging to all communities and socio-economic backgrounds have one of the important tasks of carrying out housing management and support services in an adequate manner. They are required to augment their knowledge and understanding in terms of different factors, which are facilitating in putting into operation these tasks in a satisfactory manner. All types of household responsibilities are required to be put into operation in an adequatemanner. Furthermore, all family members in both nuclear and joint families are required to depict the traits of helpfulness and co-operation. The family members are required to work in co-ordination and integration with each other in carrying out this task in an appropriate manner. In cases of occurrences of various types of dilemmas and challenging situations, they are required to put emphasis on augmenting competencies, abilities and aptitude in a satisfactory manner. Furthermore, the family members are required to depict the traits of efficiency, honesty and truthfulness in putting into operation all tasks and activities successfully. The individuals are able to live their lives efficaciously and incur the feelings of pleasure and contentment, when they are carrying out these tasks in a well-ordered manner. Therefore, housing management and support services is vital in promoting enrichment of living conditions. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of housing management and support services, measures to be implemented in facilitating housing management in a satisfactory manner and factors that are facilitating in leading to up-gradation of support services.

Abstract: The National Education Policy (NEP) aims to bring about significant changes in the Indian education system. One of the key indicators of the effectiveness of this policy is the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This document seeks to assess the impact and effectiveness of the NEP on the GER in HEIs.

Abstract: Alauddin Khalji had usurped power with the help of his friends and confidants. Besides Ulugh Khan (brother of Alauddin Khalji), Zafar Khan Nusrat Khan and Alp Khan, he had Malik Ala-ulMulk a very trusted person, in his confidential circle. He was posted with Alauddin Khalji during his governorship of Kara. This officer of Alauddin misled Sultan Jalaluddin Khalji by his fabricated reports when Alauddin Khalji took a bold action of proceeding on an expedition to Devagiri without obtaining permission of the Sultan. From his Kara days till his death, Ala-ul Mulk remained a confidant of Alauddin Khalji and gave him his sincere advices whenever the Sultan asked for. He was an officer who always spoke fearlessly while giving his sincere advices even against the wishes of the Sultan. His sincerity and truthfulness was truly acknowledged by the Sultan.

Abstract: Covid-19 has made our world virtual. The limiting of personal contact and the use of new technologies has made it more virtual in this time. The time spent with the real world has been almost equal to the time spent with virtual world during the lockdown period. With the advent of new communication technologies, the gap between the real and virtual world have narrowed down. The virtual world has become a reality as people are spending their maximum time with it and consuming much more as compare to earlier times. The virtual world has all the physical characteristics that a real world possess. It represents the actual world and the society we see around. So, it is obvious for us to think there is similarities between the two worlds of women too. Representation of women in the virtual world is the mirror image of the women of real world. This study is done from the time of Covid-19, to understand if women of real world are same as represented in the virtual world or there lies a difference in the representations and their situations. It also discusses the differences, opportunities and challenges of women belonging to both the world. To attain the objectives, case studies of women representing both the world have been done.
