Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of changes that are taking place in caste system in India. The primary objective of changes is to promote well-being and goodwill of community members. In this manner, progression will take place of nation as a whole. The individuals, belonging to all castes will have to be well-informed in terms of different types of goals and objectives that are to be achieved in personal and professional lives. Furthermore, they are to augment their information in terms of different types of job duties and methodologies that are to be put into practice in a well-organized and satisfactory manner. These are regarded as the key in generating desired outcomes. One of the important aspects that needs to be taken into account is, reinforcement needs to take place of traits of morality, ethics, diligence and conscientiousness. These are the key in carrying out all types of job duties in a well-organized manner and generating desired outcomes. Therefore, it is well-understood, as a consequence of changes taking place in the caste system, individuals can render an important contribution in bringing about improvements in their overall standards of living. Furthermore, women, belonging to deprived, marginalized and economically weaker sections of the society are acquiring empowerment opportunities. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, objectives of bringing about changes within caste system, factors responsible for bringing about changes within caste system, advantages of bringing about changes within caste system and changes in the caste system promotes women empowerment.
