Abstract: The independent Muslim kingdom of Malwa was established by Dilawar Khan Ghuri in the last decade of the fourteenth century. From 1401-02 to 1531, Malwa was under the rule of two dynasties, the Ghuris and the Khaljis. Except for the accession of Sultan Ghiyasuddin Khalji (1469-1501) after the death of Sultan Mahmud Khalji I, there was a succession dispute at the death of every Sultan of Malwa. The succession dispute in the case of the two sons of Sultan Ghiyasuddin Khalji is significant because of the active involvement of the harem of the Sultan.

Abstract: Amar Ekushey Book Fair is the national book fair of Bangladesh. The book fair is held annually in February at the Bangla Academy premises and Suhrawardy Udyan. This book fair is one of the largest book fairs in the world in terms of the number of readers and the duration of the fair. The Amar Ekushey Book Fair is closely associated with the movement and spirit of the Bengali language, which gives this book fair a unique dimension and sets it apart from other book fairs organised in various countries around the world. Book advertising is one of the most effective ways to promote a book. At the Amar Ekushey Book Fair, book advertisements have been circulated for a long time to disseminate information to readers. Over time, the form of ads and various additions have become modern. During the book fair, most creative publications in Bangladesh focus on the Amar Ekushey Book Fair and advertise the books on display. This study examines the overall picture of communication with readers through book advertisements and advertisements for the 2023 Amar Ekushey Book Fair, conducted through surveys and interviews. A total of 100 respondents were collected, with an equal male-female ratio, and 50 publications were also collected. The study found that 66 percent of publishers advertise books at book fairs. The most unprecedented result of this research is that many publications now do not promote books. It is expected that, shortly, most publications participating in the Amar Ekushey Book Fair will present information about the books to readers through book advertisements. Finally, the paper includes recommendations for publishers to effectively advertise their books and select media based on their readership preferences.

Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an understanding of the types and development processes of the family. In India, there are urban and rural communities throughout the country. In both communities, families are of two types: nuclear and joint. Family members are required to undertake various job duties, which facilitate the effective growth and development of the family. Furthermore, they need to augment their information with multiple methodologies and procedures. These are complicated and manageable. Individuals are required to work collaboratively and integrate their efforts to implement methods and procedures efficiently. One of the crucial aspects that needs to be taken into account is that individuals must develop the traits of morality, ethics, diligence, and resourcefulness. These facilitate the carrying out of all tasks and activities in a satisfactory manner and generate the desired outcomes. Furthermore, one will be able to meet the expectations of other family members. Therefore, it can be stated that one will render a significant contribution in promoting the well-being and goodwill of their families, provided job duties are carried out in an efficacious manner. The main concepts considered in this research paper are understanding the meaning and significance of types and development processes within families, the factors that lead to these development processes, and the advantages of encouraging them.

Abstract: The individuals, belonging to all occupations, communities and socio-economic backgrounds, are required to understand the meaning and significance of relationships in their lives. From the stage of early childhood, throughout their lives, they are required to be well-informed in terms of relationship management. Some of these are implementing effective communication processes, inculcating moral and ethical traits, being well-informed about job duties and methodologies, and exhibiting traits of helpfulness and cooperation. All these factors must be acknowledged and reinforced when individuals form terms and relationships with all types of kin. Individuals are required to be well-informed about the factors that their tasks and activities are designed to promote the well-being and goodwill of others. Individuals acquire support and assistance from others to carry out their functions and activities efficiently. Furthermore, they will be able to cope with various types of dilemmas and challenging situations in an efficient manner. As a consequence, individuals will contribute efficiently to performing their job duties and achieving the desired goals and objectives in both their personal and professional lives. Therefore, it is well understood that kinship facilitates improvements in the overall standards of living of individuals. The primary concepts examined in this research paper are types of kin, degrees of kinship, and factors that underscore the roles and significance of kinship in family structures.

Abstract: E-Commerce is the phenomenon of online spending. E-commerce is one of the industry options that one will have to explore in future. E-commerce is experiencing rapid growth in many countries. However, all-time demand is at its peak, as consumer purchasing intentions shift. As a result, the market moved from physical to online. The E-commerce market of India is anticipated to rise from US$ 38.5 billion in 2017 to US$ 200 billion by 2026. A rise in internet usage and smartphone penetration has prompted the development of the business. The Indian Government has introduced numerous initiatives, including Make in India, Digital India, Start-up India, Skill India, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN), and Innovation Fund.

Abstract: This paper aims to explore and understand the role that the Indian Government has played or is playing in curbing the rapid expansion of pollution, which significantly affects human health and the environment, particularly in terms of different types of contamination. Air Contamination, Water Contamination, Soil Contamination, Noise Pollution, Land Pollution, Photo Contamination, etc., have brought about immutable adverse changes in the lives of all those who breathe in air, drink water, and live in soil. In addition, the synthetic and natural non-living creations are also influenced detrimentally. The citizens of a nation, whether educated or uneducated, are equally responsible for the destruction of every component of the environment. Worthless is not mentioning here the appreciable endeavours that the Government has put on its part through its policies that are framed, although not implemented with vigour on objective grounds, to rein in the outburst of pollution. National Ambient Air Quality Standards, National Air Quality Monitoring Programme, National Air Quality Index (AQI), Hari Diwali and Swasth Diwali campaign, National Clean Air Programme (NCAP), Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), National Ambient Noise Monitoring Network Programme, Horn Not OK Please campaign, Scheme of Assistance for abatement of pollution, Scheme of Common Effluent Treatment Plants, standards for emission of environmental pollutants, water pollutants and noise pollutants, National Green Corps (NGC), Sewage Treatment Plants Effluent Discharge Standards, Recognition of Environmental laboratories under Environment (Protection) Act, Apex committee, SAMEER App, E-Track for Industries, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Namami Gange Programme, National Solar Mission and Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana etc. are the prime and prominent initiative steps taken by the Govt. which has brought fruit in one and more sections of the society putting the graph of harms produced by contaminants to plateau and/or negative slope
